If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to assist you to correct the problem. Online purchases are eligible for online store credit or an exchange. We offer Store Credit Only for qualifying returns. Items purchased from Nnenaya's Fashions are eligible for online store credit within 7 days after your delivery date. All shipping fees must be paid by the customer. Returns made beyond this time limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address of the original order.
If fabric is not available for production, then the customer may receive a refund.
Discounted items, sale items are considered final sales and are not eligible for store credit and cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGE. Once an exchange request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. Please allow 7-14 days after items have been delivered to process your store credit or exchange item, as applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new condition with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued.

Returned items must have NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF WEAR OR USE, MAKEUP OR DEODORANT ON ITEMS
